Brett Rossmann | CEO
As Chief Executive Officer, Brett oversees the organization and is responsible for the continued growth of sales, online media relationships, and strategic partnerships for ConsumerTrack’s network of web properties. Prior to co-founding ConsumerTrack, Brett was the VP of Business Development for a Los Angeles based multi-channel marketing company. He played an integral part in developing new product strategies, while significantly increasing the company’s customer base and profitability. Before entering the online marketing industry in 1999, Brett was involved in the start up of a local CLEC, offering broadband Internet access and data services to mid-size businesses. Prior to his involvement in the telecom industry, he developed business plans as a consultant for BT Management Group. Brett holds a bachelor of science degree with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business. |
Jeff Bartlett | President
As President, Jeff is focused on new business opportunities and new products, while working closely with the ConsumerTrack Team to develop more leadership and expertise to improve everything the company does on a day-to-day basis. Before Co-Founding ConsumerTrack in 2004, Jeff spent 4 years learning performance based internet marketing and lead generation with other online marketing companies. Previous to the Internet Marketing industry, Jeff spent 6 years in International Trade Finance, and 4 years providing Fortune 500 companies with international business and credit intelligence. Jeff was born in Michigan and spent 5 years in Chicago before arriving in Los Angeles. |
Wendy Jimenez | Director of Human Resources
Wendy joined ConsumerTrack in 2008 as our Human Resource Manager. In 2010, her role transitioned to Director of Human Resources and Recruitment Operations. In this role, Wendy is responsible for developing ConsumerTrack’s distinctive corporate culture, including overseeing recruitment, career development, training, facilities and human resources initiatives company-wide. Her ability to move quickly within a growing environment has been invaluable in supporting ConsumerTrack’s rapid internal growth.
Wendy holds a Bachelors Degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from California State University of Long Beach. She is currently an active member for both South Bay Chapters of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA). |

David Moss | Director of Development and Technology
As Director of Technology, David oversees all aspects of technology, from architecture to software development to operations. His motto is: “building now for the future”. Prior to joining ConsumerTrack, David was CTO at Rebuildus.com, where he created an end-to-end technology platform for the post-foreclosure market. David was also VP of Technology and Products for PeopleJam, where his creation of a technology platform led to its successful sale to Chicken Soup for the Soul. As the founding CIO of Edmunds.com, David helped build this automotive information powerhouse from 7 to 170 employees while dramatically increasing revenue. David’s experience also includes consulting for a number of high profile companies, including Intel, Blue Cross, and Tektronix, in addition to spending 3 ½ years with Oracle Corporation’s Consulting Services division where his clients included Boeing, Weyerhaeuser and PacifiCorp. David studied pre-Medicine, achieving a B.S. degree in General Science from the Scholars Program at Portland State University. |
