Strategic Account Manager

As ConsumerTrack’s Strategic Account Manager you will be responsible for growing and managing our customer base for our Banking, Insurance sites, and Credit sites. ConsumerTrack has a rapidly growing presence connected to online banking and insurance services through our owned and operated sites -GoFreeCredit.com, GoBankingRates.com and GoMedia Network. The Strategic Account Manager will excel at managing existing clients, launching new clients and growing both by understanding their needs and matching them with CTI services and offers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with existing clients while expanding their campaigns
  • Understand the service and product requirements needed to further grow the business with clients, and articulate basic needs to internal teams
  • Track performance of fulfillment to client budget and make recommendations to optimize their expenditures
  • Manage systems and processes to track partner information and make recommendations as needed
  • Manage all client reporting, analysis and dissemination to applicable teams and client
  • Develop proposals for client up sell opportunities and presentations for on-site meetings
  • Travel to conferences and client locations as needed

Requirements:

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience is necessary
  • 3-5 years experience in online marketing, advertising, or public relations
  • Experience managing clients with online business, finance, search engine marketing preferred
  • Experience working with external and internal reporting systems
  • Ability to work with technical specifications to troubleshoot and launch new services or clients
  • Excellent negotiation skills, strong sales aptitude, strong aptitude for client account management
  • Business relationship management experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple daily tasks, as well as, long-term strategic projects
  • Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as be highly responsive to clients
  • Results oriented with great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong customer service and leadership abilities
  • Strong process management and analytical skills
  • Strong focus on teamwork and ability to manage relationships across multiple departments
