An online Insurance Company approached ConsumerTrack to implement programs to increase Customer Acquisition as well as find additional Revenue Sources within the existing business model.

ConsumerTrack built and executed three programs:

  1. Lead Generation: Through targeted media channels, ConsumerTrack built advertising campaigns to generate consistent new prospect leads for Client, including Advertising on large media portals, Search Engine Marketing and CRM programs via email marketing to past and current customers
  2. Database Marketing: Client had a database of over 200,000 consumers who had inquired into the company over the past 4 years. ConsumerTrack managed this database to remarket to the 200,000 consumers via email, direct mail and telemarketing to not only generate new customers for Client, but also marketing related, non-competitive offers to generate additional revenue from other ConsumerTrack Clients.
  3. Website Monetization: Because of the Clients history on the Internet, the Client website saw over 400,000 hits per month. ConsumerTrack added related offers to the Client's site, allowing a higher conversion ratio of visitors to new prospective leads in their business as well as related, non-competitive offers to generate additional revenue from other ConsumerTrack Clients.
Results:

Client doubled new customer acquisition with their first year of implementation of these new programs and added over $500,000 in incremental revenue and profit from the new Revenue Sources.
