We are expanding and looking for a Web Analyst to join our star team. We are seeking a sharp individual to work closely with our Media and Traffic Departments and to provide support and solutions to maximize ROI. The main goal of this role is to analyze, optimize and improve performance of all our offers across multiple media channels.
Position Overview:
- TEST new products, landing pages, creative’s, etc.: schedule campaigns, collect data, and deliver test results.
- ANALYZE existing media campaigns and testing data: watch and compare click thru, conversion rates; analyze cpm, epc, ecpa, bounce rate, traffic paths and ppv to ensure high performance and profitability.
- OPTIMIZE campaigns by improving landing pages, creatives, message to consumer, etc.
- COMMUNICATE: share and implement optimizing ideas; distribute best performing campaigns throughout various media channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, produce and review daily, weekly, monthly reporting of Key Performance Indicators, including revenue, profit, eCPA, and conversion rates.
- Synthesize data and provide optimization recommendations based on data to ensure maximum performance of our offers across various advertising channels.
- Provide analytical support and collaborate with our media team daily to indentify campaign/revenue optimization opportunities.
- Make suggestions to improve web offer/product: consumer experience and usability, landing page layout, call-to-action elements, architecture, A/B and multivariate testing, etc.
- Perform competitive website analysis and insight.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in the Internet Advertising space.
- 2+ years experience in the analysis and optimization of online marketing activities.
- Experience with Web analytics platforms, like Google Analytics, Omniture or WebTrends
- Experience with diverse interactive marketing channels: Email, Display, Contextual, Search, Affiliate Networks, etc.
- Super-strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Extreme attention to details and outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities under pressure.
- Team player (!), self starter, highly motivated to excel w/minimal supervision
