Sales Director
ConsumerTrack is looking for a Sales Director/Sales Manager who has a proven track record of building and growing a successful sales team.
The Sales Director will be responsible to build a new sales unit within ConsumerTrack to sell newly launched customer acquisition products to banks and insurance agents across the US. This team will consist of 2-4 individuals focused on adding thousands of new clients, along with 1-2 account managers tasked at maintaining and growing these clients.
The Sales Director will take lead on hiring and training this new team while also initiating the structure of compensation plans for all sales personnel including salary structures, commission plans, sales contests and bonus plans.
The objective of this department will be to greatly expand ConsumerTrack’s customer base and maximize sales revenue of the new products and packages supporting the banking and insurance verticals. The successful candidate will be given the exciting opportunity to create this new department which will be responsible for generating new business and closing thousands of deals with small to mid size financial customers.
The Sales Director is responsible for managing and leading team members to achieve revenue targets and individual revenue goals and all appropriate sales activity metrics (client meetings, outbound calls, emails, follow up, etc.) to ensure the successful achievement of the revenue and business goals of the company.
This position reports directly to the CEO and has the growth possibility into a VP of Sales and managing a larger portion of ConsumerTrack’s entire customer base.
Requirements:
- B.A in business and/or MBA
- Industry related experience
- 10 year proven sales track record
- 5+ years proven experience building and managing a successful sales team
