Marketing Coordinator

Qualified candidates should have 1 to 3 years experience in a business environment; and possess experience in Word, Excel, Outlook and all Microsoft related programs. This position presents the opportunity to work in an exciting and challenging Internet Marketing Industry, with a high growth company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage online and other traditional direct marketing activities
  • Profile and identify new potential marketing partners
  • Prospect and negotiate media buying agreements with new and existing media providers.
  • Utilize contact management software and Excel spreadsheets
  • Produce internal daily/weekly/monthly analytical reports
  • Utilize appropriate internal systems to organize campaign information/media plans.
  • Work within team and on individual basis to exceed company goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer relationship, organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability and confidence to prospect on the internet and on the phone
  • Computer literate: Excel, Word and other MS Office applications
  • Strong understanding of the Internet and Search engines like Google.com, Yahoo.com etc.
  • Must be comfortable working directly with customers to grow relationships and resolve issues
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments, critical tasks, and routine work
