Lead Software Developer

Our Lead Generation services assist all types of businesses in their growth plans to acquire new customers and prospects. We focus on financial, mortgage, credit and real estate companies.

The Lead Software Developer is responsible for new customer acquisition and growing client relationships. This includes both outbound and inbound calling activities that relate to adding new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to integrate code from teams into projects
• Solid understanding of design, coding, and testing patterns
• Experience with MySQL 5 including complex selects, inserts, and updates with joins
• Have expertise in cross-browser development (IE, Firefox, Safari), web usability, and interface design
• 3+ years practical experience in OO PHP5-based page, architecture, application, and systems design
• Advanced knowledge of HTML/Javascript/CSS
• Version control experience (Subversion preferred)

• Capable of understanding business objectives and able to translate business goals into technical design
• Creative problem-solving ability
• Acute attention to detail
• Need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of initiative and dedication
• Self-motivated, high energy, and results-driven
• Demonstrate an ability to learn emerging technologies and development strategies
• Must be able to work effectively and creatively within a team environment or independently

• Experience with large amounts of data - validation, scrubbing, de-duping, etc.
• AJAX experience
• Trac experience
• Knowledge of internet protocols (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS/IMAP/IMAPS, SMTP)
